Updating App loses Pooley and AFE Plates

Group: Forum Members Posts: 7, Visits: 75	Hi All I have just update to the latest software version (2.7 from memory) for SD for iPad, and noticed that in doing so my previously downloaded entire Pooleys and AFE plates needed downloading again. Is this a bug that when the software updates all the pdfs are lost, and if so, I can imagine that re loaded any custom pdf in the new document library might be a pain to re load. Just sat through 80mb (Pooleys) + 155mb (AFE) to downloads, and don't fancy doing this every software version update. Thanks Jay

Upgrading does not wipe out downloaded plates. The only way this could...

I have a similar problem. I upgraded to 2.7.0.0 as per instructions...

Have you tried logging out of skydemon and then logging back in again,...
